| - I hate to write poor reviews about local companies because I prefer to use and support the local economy, however, I cannot ignore the experience I had. I scheduled a routine tune-up, check a few bolts and screws, oil things up, for $60.
Immediately after the tech left, my garage door stopped working altogether. I called the tech who came back and -surprise! Some whatever part had suddenly stopped working and for only $330 (right before Christmas), he'll put in a new device. Are you kidding ? At the very least, he should have offered to apply the $60 I'd already paid towards new installation. Granted, my device was old but I thought the timing suspicious. I said I'd rather buy one at Home Depot, which he should have offered to install for FREE. Instead, I paid my handyman to install it. So a $60 routine maintenance call turned into a couple hundred dollars out of pocket. I received NO follow-up call at all to check on the status of my door. I would never recommend this company.
