Hubby brought me here for an early Mother's Day dinner. Sure it helped that we had a $50 coupon, as it is kind of pricey, but it's a nice place to go for special occasions. We decided to splurge and start off with the chilled seafood tower. I seriously could have just made that my entire meal and been happy as a clam! It contained four jumbo prawns, two lobster tails, two crab legs, and a bowl of ahi tuna with avocado and wonton chips. Hubby really enjoyed the light citrus sauce on the ahi tuna and I really enjoyed the side of mustard sauce with the crab. They also start you off with a loaf of fresh bread and two different spreads. One tasted like a salmon and the other (which was my favorite) was Brie with champagne. For my entrée I chose the Miso Glazed Sea Bass and it was exquisite. It was served on a bed of wilted spinach and garnished with pickled onions. Hubby chose the ribeye and he enjoyed it immensely. Both of our entrées were cooked perfectly and we had no complaints. For our size we chose the Flemings potatoes and the brussels sprouts with bacon. The Flemings potatoes were really good and reminded us of au gratin potatoes with a slight hint of jalapeños. The brussels sprouts were braised perfectly and finished with a balsamic glaze. The crispy bits of bacon really finished them nicely. Our waitress was very kind and attentive and we left fully satisfied with leftovers for the next night!
