Why is it so hard to find any help at any Las Vegas Home Depot? I remember back in the days I used to think Home Depot had great customer service. If ever you needed assistance, help was not hard to find. This is not the case anymore. I've been to the Home Depot off Tropicana and thought service sucked there but thought it was an isolated incident but now that I frequent this Home Depot off Rainbow I can see this is a trend. You can wander through the whole store and won't find a single associate to help you. If you do find someone, they're not at all eager to help. I think I've encountered one guy in the many times I've been here that was helpful. One time out of probably over 10 visits in the last year is not good at all.
Plus when you do go up front to ask for assistance. You still have to wait over 20 minutes before someone actually comes to the department you're needing assistance in to come help you out. Not only did we have to ask once but twice because I'm pretty sure they forgot. Sorry, that's just ridiculous.
I'm not sure if Lowe's is better but after all my bad experiences here, I'm done with Home Depot. Anything has got to be better than this.
