I have been here a few times for waxing and for manicures and pedicures. I have been pleased with the mani/pedis so far but I don't understand the hype about waxing from this place. I have received waxes from both Kim and Thuy, they are both okay but not amazing. Thuy was not very friendly towards me and she missed some spots when doing my brazillian. I found Kim to be a little more thorough, however she charged an extra $5 to remove between the cheeks hair even though the Nailsense website states this is included. The reason I have been here for repeat wax visits is because I like that the place is hygenic and their prices are generally reasonable. However, I am still on the hunt for the perfect waxing place.
