We recently purchased a new Durango at Superstition Springs Jeep Dodge. It really worked out well. We love the car & the sales folks did a good job of finding what we were looking for. The sale was completed in a very fair & timely manner.
We had been looking on line & reading reviews for quite a while so we knew what we wanted i.e. options, color etc. and after looking extensively we were pretty sure about the price we were willing to pay. We first went to Superstition Springs because we saw they had a huge inventory & quite a few Citadel Durangos, which we were interested in. On the first visit Shannon was our sales person & we told her we were just there for a look & test drive. She did just that; we looked & test-drove & said we might come back. No pressure to buy even after my husband ate two of their doughnuts.
On our second visit we worked with Kerry Yoder & really looked for a specific Durango with all the stuff we wanted. I thought we would have to order but they have a huge inventory. So he drove us around in a golf cart & we found the exact car in the back lot that we would have ordered.
So lets make a deal. After shopping on line all over the US we knew what was a good & fair deal & that was what we got. Tony Galaviz, a sales manager, helped us with the transaction & explained all the business stuff in detail. We opted for the extended service plan, which we had done with a Mercedes new car purchase a few years ago. It really is a good deal. I have shopped independent service garages & could not do better.
OK, good buying experience so we're giving 5 star rating. After a few services we will rate them again.
