If my park didn't have a contract, I would cancel and NEVER look back! My service has been down 5 times since April 7, 2018. The tech keeps telling me the line is unplugged and he tagged it and plugged it back in. This has also happened on 4 occasions. Im waiting for the tech tomorrow, AGAIN, to tell me the same thing. WORST customer service ever. However, the techs are great though!
