  • I am a member of this gym. When I first signed up I was told that I had to pay an extra fee to sign up for downtown location because "it's special" you get towels and such. But when I arrived it's nothing special but towels. Overall, the staff needs major training in providing consistent information regardless of the location. They should be able to provide you the correct information before signing you up because they want the commission. It's false advertising is what it is. Dislike their inconsistency of staff especially their lack of knowledge about signing up and tells you other "extra fees" after you have signed up.
