Finally an iTea! I hear this is a pretty good place in San Jose and this totally took me by surprise that another boba franchise is in AZ. While near it's located closely to Mill Ave and ASU Campus, it's relatively convenient. I can imagine this place can get busy as the drinks are refreshing, the varieties of Taiwanese snacks choices are extensive , and free WiFi is an awesome. The interior is clean, and has a wall of fresh brewed teas. This isn't a bad place. Though I'll admit the plaza that it's located it is very questionable ( you'll find out when you go here.) They have the typical milk teas and fruity drinks. I ordered the white peach oolong cause peach is in my blood. I did half sweetness and it came out perfect! They also do add fresh fruit into drinks and will need a spoon to get them all out. With that being said, the Taiwanese snacks/street food was the main reason why I came. They serve their popcorn chicken with fried basil and it reminds me of Tastea in Cali. The seasoning is the same and the chicken is definitely marinated and juicy. The breading is really unique, it's like a rice cracker breading, it's crispy and crunchy, but will admit you'll get tired of it after a while as it's really thick. Will coming back soon to try more on the menu item food wise. The owner Dinh is really nice and values customer service. Happy to have an iTea finally here!
