I came in here about 2 days ago. I went to a different store to get a phone upgrade but I didn't have my ID with me so they told me there was nothing they could do. So I came in here a few weeks later with ID in hand and asked if I could upgrade my phone. It was a 40 minutes before closing and Sarai helped me out. She asked what kind of phone I wanted and I told her. Asked for my ID I gave it to her. Came out with the phone and a bunch of accessories for it and tried to up-sell the ship outta me. Seriously everything. You can buy a wireless charger. You can buy a screen protector. You can buy a case. You can buy a car xharger. I knew what they were doing but hell it was working. I was going like yeah I do drive a lot and I'm rarely home I should get a car charger. I do think that, that wireless charger is cool I should get it. I ended up just buying a case and screen protector. Up-selling is part of being a salesman but they were really aggressive. After buying the phone they tried to sell me a speaker. Haha I wasn't even mad I was just amused at how transparent they were being. But they were friendly and stayed with me an hour after closing to activate my phone.
Customer service 5 stars
If you are easily pulled into Up-selling. Beware. (Haha that was a joke... sorta)
