  • We love our spa!! We were so pleased with Randy's amazing customer service. He helped put us in the spa that was perfect for us. Randy didn't try to upsell us and while we weren't ready to sign off right away, when we told him we will be back to make our final decision he wasn't pushy and just told us we could call him if we have any questions. We are so happy with our decision. Delivery service was quick and easy. The men who installed the spa were careful and very knowledgable. Before it's arrival we went by the showroom and Randy gave us a 20 minute tutorial so we would know how to maintain it once it arrives. Since it was delivered we have used it everyday.Randy has called to follow-up and ensure we're happy. I am so please with the entire purchase/installation process. Prior to purchasing, I read numerous reviews of nightmare stories from other spa companies. Don't waste your time with them! These guys are the best!!!
