  • Great customer service l. I can't say enough great things about the staff and their customer service. I called this location after having a bad phone experience with their sister location and the lady who answered the phone, sad I didn't catch her name. Was soooooo sweet to me I told her my condition she asked if I could be there in thirty minutes. I got there 30 minutes later, she checked me in right away. She then proceeded to reach into her own purse to get me cough drops which was so sweet of her. I had to wait for a little while so while I waited to be seen she went into the back and made me hot tea. After I got to the back Both staff members were very nice and the NP was really knowledgeable. Got me my chest X-ray right away and told me exactly what I needed to take to feel better and a day later and I'm already 50% feeling better! I will be back if I'm ever in need of an urgent care again!! Great job guys! Highly recommend this place
