  • Absolutely delicious food. Carolina's is clearly the top of the quick-service Mexican food pyramid. I love that their tortillas are made onsite, and the rice and beans have amazing flavor. I enjoyed a machaca taco and cheese enchilada for my first visit to this location. I'm excited to try more items on their menu. I'm a huge salsa fan, so I liked being able to get as many cups of salsa as I want at the salsa bar.
