  • *Written from the perspective of a bridesmaid* This was the second shop that my friend visited and overall it was a great experience. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted, asked if we'd like water and asked key questions about the wedding. My friend's budget was probably far lower than what they usually see with their location and clientele but her bridal consultant was very helpful. The fitting rooms were the best I have seen since we've started helping my friend shop. HUGE, and entirely private. There were also cookies for snacking and little desserts. Overall, they couldn't really provide my friend with what she was looking for BUT it was an excellent experience and their customer service is a 10. They also indulged our bridesmaid group by bringing in a HUGE princess gown just for fun. A great experience! My friend was very glad we went.
