I had centrylink at my apartment and was moving. I didn't want to keep the service initially because it was such a bad connection but caught up in moving I just transferred services thinking it would be easier, worst mistake ever! After calling over 20times throught out my experience i spent over 9hrs on hold total spoke to 36 different people on every department had 2 technicians one who actually closed the ticket as completed without EVER COMING TO THE HOUSE! Went without internet for 8days and was told I wouldn't be charged for any amount of the bill because it was such a disaster! Well my bill ends up being taken out of my bank account yesterday still, not prorated for the 8days without service but the ENTIRE AMOUNT. It's a Saturday so of course nobody there I can talk to and I'm sure I'll have to explain my entire story to the next agent because there is no communication between anybody at this company. Point in case don't get centrylink.
