  • Pharmacists are usually rude no matter where you go, but these pharmacists are on a whole new level. I always try to keep my questions short and polite, and without fail, I get treated like I'm the scum of the earth (and how DARE I interrupt their day?!?!). I've gone to this pharmacy consistently for a year, and only TWO times I've encountered polite pharmacists. Even their attitude on the phone is completely unprofessional. As for refill speed, I submitted my prescription Thursday, and the website said it would be ready by Sunday at 3pm. It is now Monday at 8:30am. I just called and they said it would be another hour before it's ready. I am so unbelievably frustrated, and I will be finding another pharmacy. I understand they didn't go to school for customer service skills, but there is no reason they should treat people simply trying to pick up their prescriptions in the manner they do.
