  • DO NOT rent from Oishi's. The property from them that I moved into was infested with cockroaches, they had the house bombed but even after that we had MANY still in the house. They refused to do anything about it after that. Our refrigerator broke about 3 different times. Each time it broke there was a full fridge and they had no care in the world that we wasted over $400 worth of groceries. They FINALLY replaced the fridge last time it broke down. Once we moved out, upon many other things they charged us for, they charged $185 out of our $1,245 refundable deposit for one bent blind. ONE BENT BLIND. They claimed they had to replace the entire thing. We did not leave the house in bad shape, after our walk through we even asked if it was ok, in which they said yes it was normal. Needless to say I am not getting a dime of that deposit back. I am not happy with them in any way and I will NEVER rent from then again.
