This MAC location is the closest to where I live so it is convenient but with my recent experience here I will most likely be sticking with ordering online or going to an ACTUAL MAC store. I stopped by on a Sunday around 1:30 and got the rudest/boldest employee ever. There was only two other customers in the store and two employees, both did not look like they were going to be done anytime soon and all I needed was a foundation. So after waiting a few extra minutes I opened the drawer directly underneath the foundation setup and what do you know a completely different employee popped out of nowhere and had the AUDACITY to say "are you trying to rob us" excuse me!?! (Dark haired gentleman with a beard) I don't know if that was supposed to be a joke but it was not funny and extremely rude. I've been in customer service for years and he does not belong in any industry interacting with people. I wish he had a name tag so I could be more specific. I've been buying MAC for many years now so this guy just cost Dillard's some money, I guess that's what I get for not going to an ACTUAL MAC store.
