I learned about Rick Moonen from watching Top Chef Masters. His theme of using sustainable seafood is a great idea, and the menu has TONS of options. The menu is almost too big, because it was very hard to select just one meal. The scallops we had here were some of the best i've ever had. His corn dog appetizer is fun and very good, and the bbq pork mac n cheese is pretty insane. The food is very reasonable priced for a restaurant on the strip, and I will definitely return to try more menu items. If you're not looking to spend $100 a person, and still want great food from a celebrity chef, this place is perfect.
