  • My dealer landed my dream car a 2013 535i msport in immaculate condition, the condition report from Manheim was 4.9 out of 5. Ready Transport ships the car and it arrives at night time, the release was signed but we got no receipt. Upon further investigation the next day, the sun was out and we noticed the bottom edge of the front bumper torn up and the finish on two of the wheels torn up. We filed a claim and they came back and denied it saying they weren't responsible for the damage. These guys shouldn't be allowed to transport anything more than a ford taurus, unbelievable.
