| - While the chorizo omelette chilaquiles style was delicious and creative, Park Bruges is far too expensive for the quality, quantity, and service offered.
The meal was tasty and savory, but what takes it down two stars is 1) for service and 2) for price.
However, if you have no qualms about spending whatever money you want, certainly come here for tasty but small food portions. And you can and should stop reading if you don't care about money or aren't constrained by a budget !
The profit margin for the meal I ordered must be huge for the price. Probably two eggs, 1 oz of chorizo, assorted veggies in the omelette, 8? Tortilla chips and 1 tablespoon of salsa verde $14. Then, the service was mediocre. If having a high price ticket for brunch, the server was often gone for long periods from the time we arrived to ordering to getting the check settled. We got there as soon as it opened as well, so it wasn't too packed.
Parking is easy, and the ambience is nice.
