  • Ryan Dickerson and Gavin, his manager, were a pleasure to work with. What was most appreciated was their honest, personable demeanor, which is uncommon in car sales to most consumers, I feel. I never once felt "sold" on a car, but instead I was guided and helped to find a car I love. The true "MB experience" as I expected it was what I received. Ryan and Gavin have earned my business for the rest of my time with Mercedes Benz, which I plan to choose for the rest of my life because of their efforts to make my purchase easy, enjoyable, and memorable.
