  • Awful experience in the pharmacy today. I went in with two prescriptions for eye drops, emergency going on with my eye and I needed them pretty badly. The girl waiting on me was having some difficulty figuring out how to get all of the instructions typed in as one of the drops was a steroid drop. Then, she said she was having some difficulty calculating the amount to give me based on her bottle and on my prescription. All told, this was a 20 minute deal...that is not a stretch. Finally, she came back and said she did not have one of the prescriptions. I said, "I wish you had checked that before all of this other activity". I said I have to get these filled, I was very cordial throughout this conversation. She just slid my prescriptions back to me, no apology or anything at all. Just thought she was very unprofessional throughout. I wont be going back.
