  • This company is a disaster and a complete waste of time and money. They were assigned to find a gas leak in our house. We have no hot water, no showers, no cooking, we are freezing, and no laundry. They did not treat us like an emergency at all. For two weeks, they were only available twice to look for the leak (too busy and too many customers they said). After looking for 6 hours total, they suddenly dropped our case because they didn't want to open walls to find the leak. Then I found out they are not authorized or recommended by our local gas company to do leak detection. When they came to find the leaks, they did not have the right equipment and seemed disorganized and annoyed with our problem. We tried to contact the owner of the company and he did not even bother to return the call. They promised to send a 2nd technician for a 2nd opinion and then never did.
