Just an update to share that general manager Alexis left me a voicemail wanting to talk to me and explain the online booking process in detail. She regretted that I had driven all those miles for an appt. that wasn't booked. She also offered to win me back to try a service on her. Who am I to deny her this opportunity?
It took three calls/attempts to finally get her on the line- Alexis is a very busy woman! We finally connected, and she explained that there are actually two ways to book an appt. online. One way is to have the client pre-pay, thus guaranteeing his/her appt., and I've already forgotten what the second option is since I really am not interested in booking an appt. online anymore :P (Honestly, I don't like having to pre-pay online by purchasing a giftcard when I already have other methods of paying, such as Spafinder gift certificates!)
I did get Abby for a free haircut, and I also booked her for a coloring. Both services were done in about two hours. I really do enjoy the time I spend here, and I hope that I'll be able to continue patronizing this establisment.
