Well damn... Is everyone having a crappy experience with the company Advantage Rent-A-Car?! Well, I can tell you one thing for sure, my best friend and I had FANTASTIC service from the moment we picked up our car to the time we dropped off our rental!
Our Advantage representative was Oz. He did a great job making us feel right at home while continuing to offer excellent customer service. It was also cool chatting it up with his other co-worker Ron. They both brighten up our day after experiencing antagonizing turbulence. In spite of that, Oz gave us the lay down for our rental for the next couple of days, and we were off to pick up our rental within minutes.
The car we rent out for the Memorial weekend was a Hyundai Accent. The car was in good condition from the interior, to the exterior, and of course the maintenance itself. We did not have any problems with the car whatsoever except for running our car till we completely run out of gas in T-minus 2.5 days.
The process from reserving our rental car to dropping it off at the rental center was completely smooth!
On a side note, the only reason why I gave this company four stars instead of five because there wasn't a price guideline to follow along while we were calculating our expenses before booking. Sure they gave us the amount of how much it costs to rent per day, but I would like to know what are the other fees we need to consider like the underage fee or the different types of insurance.
Other than that, we will happily consider this place again if we ever need a rental car again.
