  • I'm a retiree who made the move from the East Coast to assist my elderly mom. I had visited Henderson frequently prior to my move and always enjoyed my experiences in the District - so I was elated to find a leasing opportunity right IN the District. Close to dining, shopping, and Whole Foods - it's a great spot! I toured with Jordan who exhibited professionalism, warmth, and a genuine interest in helping me facilitate my move. Actually, every Elysian employee with whom I have interacted has been professional and accommodating - so thank you Cassie and Ashley too. Maintenance has been timely, staff is always ready to be of assistance, and communication from the management has been extraordinary. For young professionals, opportunities to socialize and network are abundant - the facilities and public spaces are immaculately kept and conducive to the active social calendar offered to residents. Concerning the residences, as lessee of the largest unit - I have only minor complaints which did not deter me from signing my lease. Appliances - particularly the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator could be higher quality but that's about it. All in all, Elysian has been a very positive experience for me enhanced by a caring staff who continue to be helpful, caring and professional - and I am still impressed every time Jordan smiles and calls me by name.
