| - It's funny how your perception can be quite jaded. Upon meeting Tanya, very pleasant, not pushy, which I appreciated. She showed us around. This place is huge! I have had my share of gyms, but this by far is the nicest aesthetically. It smells nice. You are greeted at the front by service people dressed formally. Everyone I've met have a great attitude. You see all ages and not all in their best physique. That's why we go to the gym, so you will have everyone in different stages. There is a childcare facility, chiropractic service, cafe, women's, men's and family areas for lockers ( no extra fee), sauna spa, jacuzzi ( in and outside), indoor and outdoor pool ( it's a good size with slides), cafe for the pool, tennis courts, yoga and Pilates studios, cycling studio, fitness rooms for Group classes, full service salon service and massages. My son loves the basketball area. You don't need to bring anything with you for the lockers -shampoo, body wash, razors cotton balls hairspray deodorant blow dry and all that stuff is part of the locker facilities which is nice. I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and a Jacuzzi inside the women's locker room which is convenient. Fitness equipment ( most) has their own TV. I'm trying to find something that I don't like but I haven't found anything yet and honestly I used to go to Gyms with a go in and out mentality I find myself being at this facility a minimum of two 1/2 hours. Yes it's a bit pricey but it depends on what your needs are. A final plus is that there are tons of places to just chill.
