Have been here twice and have to say the customer service is a bit lacking. Not expecting the guys to jump over the counter to welcome me or to be Marry Poppins pleasant while dealing with me, but something closer to that than general disinterest or apparent apathy on whether or not I am in the store. While I was asked if I needed help, it came across as a bother and my order was processed in a mechanical & robotic fashion.
Didn't help that they did not have exactly what I needed. That I blame on myself for not calling ahead and making sure they have enough in stock. The NAPA online website is pretty good for that if you want to pre-order and pickup...just got lazy since it is so close.
