I'm not at all impressed with this location or company. I had to bring my fleet vehicle in because I got a nail in my tire. Not a big issue but needed to be addressed. This is the closest authorized location. Rolled up to no signs or anyone showing me where to park. There are no garage bays with doors and friendly or helpful staff. First guy looked up from working on big tires in the back lot like I just told him his wife was pregnant again. He came around to my window and acted like I was a moron for showing up there with a sedan - how dare I! As I was literally the only person there he kept his look of disgust as he grabbed chocks and started to address the tire. I guess they don't have bays to fix tires...imagine that. I went inside and spoke briefly to a manager of some kind. Gave him my fleet authorization and he did whatever he needed to get it going. 30 minutes later I'm still sitting on my ass in the waiting room and finally had to ask "manager guy" what the status is. He tells me "just a few minutes". 15 minutes later I see another guy come inside the office, put together paperwork and then doesn't look at me or say a damn word - he waved his hand instructing me to come to the counter. He tells me to "sign here, number here". No please, thank you, kiss my ass, thanks for coming in, nothing. I get in my car and see the low tire light is on. Dammit! I go inside and manager guy sees me...I don't say a word when he says "tire light on? Yeah, just drive it and it'll go off". Gee thanks. How about you tell me before I walk out. How about you some some measure of goddamn customer service. Too much to ask from tire jockeys? I guess so. Avoid this place Common Man.
