  • I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. Thanks lotus for your integrity and excellent response time.
