  • This studio was SO warm and welcoming!! Thank you!!! The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her positive energy was the start of an entirely wonderful experience. The studio itself was clean and smelled super good-- which, for those of you who know Bikram/ hot yoga studios, that was a pleasant surprise!!! I was so impressed by how clean it was that I literally asked what they used to keep it smelling so fresh. The actual studio room was clean and welcoming as well. Most importantly, Hope Henley, our fabulous instructor made the entire 90 minutes a complete joy. Her in depth explanations and encouraging tone was so helpful. As new clients, she learned our names before class and specifically added direct instruction and compliments to our practice. Having been to many studios, I have never met an instructor who has been so attentive, specifically helpful to individual students and encouraging to the whole class. She called out specific tweeks, identified proper posture and recognized effort and positively rewarded students with compliments for pushing ourselves throughout the class.
