  • This office gets 5 stars for the Dr we saw. We arrived during regular hrs but stayed after their regular office hrs ended. It gets 1 star for the incredibly long wait. I realize that we were there as "walk-ins" but it's a "walk-in clinic" (at least that's what they tell you if you call for an appt. and they don't have any availability for the Dr you wanted to see.) We arrived at 4:00 pm...departed at 7:15. One Medical Asst. and one Dr. (Dr. Fioramonti..who was absolutely excellent). There were patients still waiting in lobby when we left. The Med Asst. said there were more than 50 patients seen and it was just the two of them. If you can't staff a walk-in clinic adequately ...or insure "backup staff" are available you're not doing the job ....On leaving, my wife turned to me and said "we've been coming here for 20 yrs but we need to find a more responsive medical practice...." And so the search begins...
