  • If I was rating only on the quality of my spa service (prenatal massage) this place would easily earn a 5 star review. The massage was excellent. I planned to spend the day here to relax and unwind. Unfortunately this was not possible as it was a very busy Monday and the other spa guests were loud and obnoxious, even in the whisper room. This room is designed for napping, but is impossible to do so when ignorant women don't know what the word whisper means. Ladies constantly came in and out talking in their regular voices and two girls in the beds next to mine talked the whole time. While they were whispering, it made it impossible to sleep with them in the room. The service at the terrace pool was very slow. I was out for 40 minutes before anyone provided a menu and asked if I would like anything. Another 30 minutes before they came back to take my order. Drink and food came out quickly, but an hour and a half later I had to chase someone down to cash out as nobody ever came back to check on me. Upon returning from the terrace pool, my locker wouldn't open. The staff was friendly, but had to call security for a master key, which took about 5 minutes. No stars deducted for this. Technology sometimes fails. The facilities are beautiful. The spa staff were great. The terrace pool staff need improvement or more people. Overall, if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, this just isn't it.
