I called Humana Pharmacy to get a quote for my husband's prescription medicine. After spending 15 minutes going through phone system and identification, etc. The representative said that my husband would have to call in and verbal consent would be adequate to share info with me. When he called at his convenience, he spent 15 minutes going through the system and discussing with representative to find out that he would have to give verbal consent and then pass the phone to me.fd Of course, I was not there. Too time consuming just to get price information.....However, it reminded me that I should check to see if my Humana Medicare Part D coverage was still the best choice for me in 2017 given changes in medication usage.
