  • They installed a water heater less than a month ago. It stopped producing hot water two weeks ago and getting them out here to fix it has been a nightmare. They just cancelled the appointment because I missed their call and didn't call back within 5 minutes...so they put us down for 2 days from now to do the same song and dance. We had to wait a week for them to grace us with the first visit to see what the problem was. They had to order a part, of course, and never demonstrated any sympathy for the fact that we have no hot water coming out of an appliance that they installed. What happened to standing behind your work?
