  • Don't wate your time buying a Condo here! I am a long time resident, We these were advertised as 24/7 Guard Gated Community.Club House, Two Sparkeling Swimming Pools, Lighted Tennis Courts & R.V. Parking. The reality is a Corupt President & Vice President that neglect the Old Side of the complex where I live. Their side has beautiful Green Grass, New Trees & Shrubs. While I have Poor , Worn Out Streets, Dead Trees, Shrubs, Broken & Dangerous Steps,Side Walks & Worn out,Ripped Carpets on our Landings. No Lights on our Tennis Courts,No Security! We can't use the Club House to Watch movies or Work Out! Homeless people sort threw our dumpsters and we can't use our Barbeque Grills! They keep wasting our HOA Dues on their projects and they refuse to listen to the owners.Now they built a new Storage Shed with out the Vote of the residents as a Capital Improvement. The Property Management Company " Nevada's Finest" is a Bad Joke! as well as our Landscaping Company "Gothic Landscaping" that is a Complete Waste of our Money! Weeds, Weeds & More Weeds! I regret buying here! and I'm NOT allowed to rent out my CONDO!
