Stopped in at Dean Honda because the Key to my Honda was broken. I was traveling and staying in the area and this was the closest Honda Dealer to my hotel. I never really felt like anyone in part or service was really interested in helping me. The kept asking if I had purchased the Vehicle here and if I was interested in having it serviced. When I told them that I only need help with a replacement key, I was once again ask if I had purchased the vehicle from them. They quoted me a a price close to $200 for cutting, programming and service labor. I Got the distinct impression that since I was from out of town they saw an opportunity to inflate the price, and since I had not purchased the vehicle from them they were in no way interested in helping me. I wouldn't say that the staff was exactly rude, just that they were not friendly and really just going through the motions of offering customer service.
