  • I've been a member here for over a year now. The membership rates for residents of the city is cheap and full of value. Indoor pool, gymnasium, aerobics room, indoor track, a ton of equipment, and free weights. Don't see how people spend money at Planet Fitness instead of a community rec center that offers so much more. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the equipment is starting to show its age and the "outdoor pool" is a glorified kiddie pool. Anyone over the age of 12 is going to be knee deep in the water. Enough to sit down and cool off in, but little else. The outdoor slide is fun, though. They need an actual outdoor pool for adults! Other than these minor gripes, this place is outstanding. Classes for non members are also available! If you live in Middleburg Heights, you owe it to yourself to join and take advantage of this exceptional place.
