Came into the store. One of the phones I wanted to upgrade to they did not have (not their fault..Apple's deal). The other they had and I was good to go. Now starts the full court press to get me to buy all the up-sale accessories that I just "NEED" for my new phone. I respectfully declined not once but at least 6 times to the sales person Iris. She tried but was at least courteous. Now comes the manager, Carl he comes in to give it a go. He starts out making light jokes about why I need the accessories and then resorts to rudeness and actual insults because I must be a complete idiot not to purchase these items. To say that this guy needs some customer service training is like saying Lincoln had a bad day at the theatre. Coming to this Verizon is like buying a used car!!!
