Very nice place!
Dimly lit with ostrich heads on the walls, Bily Kun boasts a very neat atmosphere. There aren't as many drink options as I thought there would be, but I ended up getting an African red wine which was pretty good. It wasn't too busy yet, as we got there maybe around 10 or so, and we got a seat right next to the bar. The crowd seemed to be mostly in their 20-30s.
No cover charge, no dance floor.
Make sure you tip your server! I kind of forgot, but was assertively (aggressively?) reminded that, "We tip here". I probably would have given her more than 50 cents if she'd been less hostile.
Overall, though, a nice place worth stopping at for sure.
