  • Extremely satisfied with their service department. Kept me informed about what was going on with the car. Calls were returned promptly. Performed the multi-point inspection and audio update even though I brought my Kia Soul in for a very specific problem. When the work was completed, I was able to pick up my car and leave within minutes. Extra kudos to Mike Calmelat, who took my description of the problem seriously and calmed the nerves frazzled by another dealer.
