  • I've never thought I car-rental company deserves five stars but today I ran into a guy named Fred at Alamo that made me change my mind. I totally screwed up my reservation and was kicking myself. Fred nonchalantly took care of things. It just reminded me that there are still a lot of good people out there and that big companies need to realize that good employees can make a company great.
