  • HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX! Looks can be deceiving. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful. Ryan needs to be retrained as he consistently gives you the wrong information and has to "check" about every question you have. Paid over $3,000 to break the lease and move out. On the final day to turn in keys and do a walk through we got slapped with an $88 bill. Tried to fight it as the apartment was empty for over 2 months but was useless. Then we got a bill for $256 with additional fees thats due in 2 weeks or else it goes to collections. Not what was signed for and not going to pay. Will be contacting the company's corporate office as well as the BBB to investigate. Lots of better options in Vegas!
