  • I came here when Dr Pico was here and liked him a lot, although it did seem like a bit of a factory. I have been suffering from severe back pain again and made an appt with Dr. Zakas. He ordered an MRI and the girls seriously acted like they had no clue how to do that. I called 4 times the first day to get them to fax something to the mri center. They faxed some of what was needed but it has been like pulling teeth to get them to just give them what is needed. This should be simple, especially for a pain clinic. They should know how to order tests to find out where the pain is coming from. Its been 4 days now and no order. I am changing to dr Picos new office today to hopefully get an mri. This place is ridiculous. Like a kindergarten pain management clinic. I wouldn't trust them with my back for sure or with my parents. Not sure why they are still in business????
