  • We arrived at our reservation for 7:45pm thinking that we had plenty of time before our theatre show at 9:30pm. We were seated promptly and offered water. We then had to remind someone to get our waiter so we could order after we had been waiting 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes we get our drinks - glass of wine and a beer. Another 25 minutes still no food. We had ordered the Wagyu steaks ($60 steaks) - one fillet and one ribeye - both cooked medium rare with some side veggies. We got the waiter's attention asked him about the food and told him we had a theatre show to make. He said he would check. Still no food. Finally the steaks arrive at 9pm - 75 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant - all that for medium rare steaks. The food was good - steaks were decent and veggies were tasty. We didn't have enough time to finish the food and had to leave some of the meal - also no hope of dessert, we never even finished our meal. We had to track down the waiter to get the check. We finally got out of the restaurant but missed the first 10 minutes of our theatre show. We complained to the manager while we waited on the check but he didn't do anything. This was really poor performance and I will probably never go back to this restaurant again. Also the fact that they did nothing to correct the problem makes me feel obligated to write this review and warn others - when things go wrong, restaurants need to fix it.
