rev:text	I wish I could give this place zero stars because that it what is deserves. People this is a Authorized Retailer i.e. they charge you a fee for everything. You can go to an AT&T Company Store at the Robinson Mall (5 minutes away) and get the same service minus the service fees. I had an out of country guest for whom I wanted to get an AT&T prepaid phone card (I had a extra 3G world phone). I went into this store thinking that they would be able to help me and because I was in the area. There was only one guy in the store who asked if he could help. Once I explained my situation he seemed disinterested and within 5 minutes of removing some brochures and handing them to me started attending to a new customer who walked in after me and was looking for a new phone. So thats the service I get just because I am not shelling out $$$ at the store?? I waited patiently for 5 mins after which I was about to call him out. Just then another store guy walks in (apparently he was on break) and decided to help me out. The first guy still did not even bother. I asked the new person about the prepaid cards and how much they cost and he told me the price. Now I had researched the prices online so when I asked him about the difference, he said that those were the prices and if I wanted I could go elsewhere????? I walked out and searched for a Company Store (I was still new to Pittsburgh and the area at that time) and decided to do business where people are professional, customer friendly and not rude i.e. not the AT&T Authorized Retailer at 1550 Park Manor Blvd.
