I was having my valves checked by an individual that didn't finish the job so I called Quality Auto and they said they could get it done. So I bring it to them in January and get it "fixed" yet they started my truck with the vlave cover off which splashed oil all over my engine and bent a push rod which I was charged to reapair which I was fine with as long as my truck was back on the raod. Well 2 months later after I finally take it on the highway I hear a thumping coming from my engine so I pull over and have it towed to a diesel shop and they asked me if I had anyone working in there because I had two bent pushrods now, needed a new push tube, and a valve adjustment. I called nick asking if he could refund me the money he said sure come up to the shop. I go to the shop and he trys telling me they didn't work in my engine... Then when I pulled out the receipt he told me to go get the paperwork from the other shop and bring it back to him which I did. He looks at the paperwork from the other mechanic comes to me and tells me I'm a CON ARTIST and to get the hell out of his shop in front of multiple customers and just kept yelling at me calling me a CON while I was asking to know the reason for his accusation. He threatened to call the cops on me while I was walking out, and then while I was walking to my car he started to accentuate he'd fight me. I didn't ask for him to pay the full repair of what happened, only that he reimburse me for the what they charged me since the shop has a one year 12,000 mile warranty they obviously don't hold true to. I called the other mechanic to let him know and he said he would call up there and recommended me taking Nick to court. Now I'm over $700 in parts and repairs for something they messed up, and out of a vehicle for a few days so I will miss my classes. Being an Army combat veteran I take pride in my word so being called a CON ARTIST by the owner of the shop, kicked out and yelled at in front of multiple people, and paying them almost $500 to mess my tuck up and cost me over $700. Oh yeah and they almost cost me a $10,000 motor for their mistake. I wish I could post some photos of the two different receipts on here that I'm holding on to for further legal purposes.
