  • This place used to be fun. Had a poor experience with 2 specific employees at the mississauga location. There was this one guy that ruined our visit. I came here twice due to the Groupon deal. Had a blast the first time. Second time this one guy who I guess was the "team lead" ..some guy with a red G Shock Watch coerced us without respect to take 5 minutes out of our jump time to go over the rules of the trampoline park, even though we told him that we know the rules and were not disobeying any of them. Felt insulted because he asked us if we were drunk. Extremely unprofessional. And we went near closing time because we thought it would be a blast. Definitely not coming back. This dude needs to relax on power trippin', this not the Canadian border. Everyone else seems cool though, but that one dude. His buddy was also bashing Air Riderz, saying they don't follow any rules. I'll still check out the place on Ridgeway.
