While buying my car fast after my Honda got totalled was a great experience, I was misled into buying an extended warranty that was advertised, explained and all the documents stated was a service package. They will not honor it. Whenever I go in for service there is a misunderstanding as to whats going on even though I am very clear to discuss all my concerns both at the time I make my appointment and whenever I get there and hand off the car. I'm not going back for future services, and will find another dealer to service my car.
