This is now my favorite of all the poke restaurants in the Valley -- very fresh ingredients, enthusiastic friendly staff, easy and straightforward ordering, and a bright and spacious dining area with a contemporary vibe. For the poke I ordered tuna and salmon; a base of half greens and half brown rice; and toppings of sprouts, pickled ginger and radish, seaweed salad, and a bit of wasabi; and garlic soy sauce to up the umami factor. All of this was washed down with a basil cucumber lemonade, one of the refreshing offerings from their beverage station. The quality of this delightful meal makes it certain that I will be coming back to try other combinations, especially since I've always wanted to try tofu noodles, which they offer as a base.
